Hi, My name is Roxanne Krauth. I became the Office Manager at Neighborhood Alliance in 2017. In 2022, I accepted a position as Human Resouce Manager.
I attended Bowling Green State University where I earned an Associate in Applied Business Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education. For 21 years, I was an Administrative Specialist with the largest rental car company in the world. I had the opportunity to work in almost every department during my tenure there with over 7 years in Human Resources. While Neighborhood Alliance is a much smaller organization, our nine programs keep me very busy.
Working at Neighborhood Alliance has definitely opened my eyes to the challenges many of our community members face. While I did not grow up in Lorain County, I raised my family here and even participated in some of the fundraisers prior to working here. My first experience with Neighborhood Alliance was through my daughter’s Girl Scout Troop being donors for the Christmas for Caring Program. One of my favorite times of the year is after the senior boxes have been delivered during the holiday season and some of the clients call to thank us and they always wonder how we knew exactly what they wanted. We help so many more people in more ways than I would have ever realized had I not worked here.
