Isaac Young serves as a Developmental Specialist with Neighborhood Alliance’s Early Intervention program, where he partners with young children and their families to support developmental growth during the critical early years of life. Since 2017, he has worked alongside families to help children build the skills and confidence needed for long-term success.
Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Psychology and has been a state-certified Developmental Specialist for six years. His professional experience is rooted in a deep commitment to early childhood development and ensuring that every child, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
Passionate about family-centered practices and early intervention, Isaac believes that strong relationships and timely support create the foundation for lifelong learning and well-being. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and young daughter, who continually reinforce the importance of his work. He also shares his home with three cats who keep life both lively and entertaining.
