Alicia Foss, SPHR, SHRM-SCP originally joined Neighborhood Alliance in 2015 and has held the titles of Human Resource Manager and Chief Operating Officer prior to taking on the role of CEO in 2018. Within her role as the Chief Executive Officer, she brings over 20 years of business management experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services along with a Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management and Leadership.
Alicia has earned certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute (Senior Professional in HR) and the Society for Human Resource Management (Senior Certified Professional). It’s no surprise that as the Chief Executive Officer, her qualifications greatly contribute to her leadership strengths.
Alicia’s daughter is a 2014 graduate of Neighborhood Alliance’s Early Intervention program, having utilized services due to being been born with a disability. Her dual roles as both a mother and Chief Executive Officer make her story particularly inspiring.
In her spare time, Alicia is an avid artist and painter and enjoys organic gardening and playing golf. As a Chief Executive Officer, her dedication to her hobbies reflects her balanced approach to life.
