A: Neighborhood Alliance is the Lead agency, as they serve as the fiscal and employer agency out of all of the partners.
Q: How does funding work for the Rising Titans Collaborative?
A: We are solely funded by The United Way of Greater Lorain County.
Q: What is a Collaborative?
A: A group of partners in the community joining forces to work towards a common goal. (For ex. Rising Titans = Kindergarten Readiness in Lorain)

Q: How can I be a part of Rising Titans?
A: If you are in our Play Group or enrolled in a partner center and/or program, you are a Rising Titans family! If you would like to be involved in our programming or a partner center/program, please contact the Coordinator.
Q: Does PATH just help with housing?
A: No, our main goal is to connect clients with mental health services. Should you have a qualifying mental illness then we can assess the different housing options you have.
Shelter and Emergency Services
Q: Do you help with Utilities and Rental/Deposits?
A: Yes, for the working individual that has had a life changing event or a crisis.
Q: How do we get into the shelter I’m homeless?

Q: Do you accept donations?
A: Yes, gently used or new items such as blankets, towels, wash cloths or new items like deodorant, shampoo and conditioner.
Q: Do you accept used clothing donations?
A: No, we are not accepting used clothing donation at this time.

Q: Can Dads and Grandparents be in Help Me Grow Home Visiting too?
A: Yes, the program provides parenting support for the primary caregiver including Dads and Grandparents. (Well anyone who is a primary caregiver excluding Foster Parents who have received parenting support through other entities.)
Q: Do you offer parenting classes?
A: No. Help Me Grow Home Visiting is an ongoing parent support program provided in the homes of enrolled families, prenatal to 3 years of age. While we offer parenting education during the home visits, it is not a class nor are our services intended to be short-term.
