Heather Rowe serves as the Grants, Fund Development, and Marketing Manager at Neighborhood Alliance, where she leads the organization’s grant strategy while supporting broader fundraising and marketing efforts. In her role, she secures funding and helps elevate the organization’s visibility to sustain and grow programs serving individuals and families across Lorain County.
Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Miami University and brings a strong background in program operations and nonprofit services. Having previously served in leadership roles within Shelter & Emergency Services, she grounds her work in firsthand experience with the community.
She is passionate about connecting resources to meaningful outcomes and is committed to advancing the mission of Neighborhood Alliance through strategic storytelling, community engagement, and effective fund development.
