Help Me Grow Home Visiting is a voluntary family support program for pregnant women or new parents. Help Me Grow Home Visiting is a Healthy Families America® Affiliate.
Ohio Early Intervention is a statewide system that provides coordinated early intervention services to parents of eligible children under the age of three with developmental delays or disabilities. Every family served in Early Intervention will have a local team that consists of a service coordinator, service providers and your family. You and your team will build a plan with your existing supports and build upon them to enhance your child’s learning and development.
Neighborhood Alliance serves as a host site for Help Me Grow.
